- Most of our decisions require wisdom, not just knowledge and morality.
- It's better to be wise than lucky.
- Wisdom is the skill of living.
- God strongly wants to give us His wisdom. (1:20-21)
- Four Metaphors for Gaining Wisdom:
- A school. (2:3-4)
- A dance. (4:6,8-9)
- A meal. (9:5-6)
- God’s creation. (8:22-31)
- If we go against the pattern in God’s creation, it will always lead to breakdown.
