Community Care

The past few weeks, a few of our church members have experienced hurt, hardship, and struggles. These are the moments where the body of Christ is called to move in love and meets the needs of His bride. Here are the needs that we know to address: 

• Elizabeth Kennis just returned home after breaking her leg and needs meals on Tuesday and Thursday
• Jen Gillfillan needs meals as she cares for her mother who had a stroke and was her granddaughters caregiver
• Louise Bass fell and fractured a vertebrae and in on limited movement.

Spring Worship Night!

Sunday was truly a blessing! Walking with Christ comes at a great cost. However, He gives us the strength to follow Him each and every day.

Baptism is not only a public declaration of our faith to the church and the world, but a reminder that we have put to death our old ways and embracing new life only found in Christ!

Youth Group

“Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him" (Psalms 127:3). As our Youth continue to grow, let us pray for them. They are a gift from God and His love for is reflected through the love we have for them. 

We will be having Youth Group tonight, 6pm at Eastside!

Here is an updated Youth Schedule for the next few weeks:

• May 13th: Co-ed Youth Group (Eastside)
• May 27th: Co-ed Youth Group (Off-site)

Also, we will be having our Parent's Meeting at Eastside, May 6th at 6pm! For any parent that is curious to know more about the youth group, would want to know more about Kris Samuel and the volunteers, or would like to share their thoughts, please come!

Volunteers Opportunities

Have you thought about serving children and families of the church? You are invited to join this vibrant ministry! Children’s ministry is offered during the 10 AM service and if you can serve, please click here. Sign up for shifts that suit your schedule! All volunteers will undergo a simple background check.

Eastside’s Cleaning Team provides a crucial and caring service to the church. Please contact team leader Sara Osborne at  to schedule a shift that works for you.

Prayer Requests

Do you need prayer for something going on in your life? We have prayer team members who would love to pray for you and your situation. If you want us to pray privately and confidentially, we will do that. If you would like your prayer requests to be shared and prayed for by our open prayer groups, we can lift them up during our weekly prayer times.
