Friday Praise
Today, July 9, we move back to Friday praise music in the church. We will still be live at 2 PM on Facebook and Instagram @eastsidechurchva but we can now be together, too!
Join us from 2-2:45 PM and take time out of your day to praise the LORD!
Church Picnic
SignUpGenius has a complete listing of how you can be part of the fun on July 14 at 6 PM! Click here to sign up. It will help us know how much to prepare if we know you’re coming! But if you decide at the last minute to show up, please do! Just come and bring a side dish or dessert. The church will provide the grills, burgers, hot dogs, buns, condiments, paper products, drinks and ice cream sandwiches. If you have any fun/safe “lawn” games (frisbees, cornhole, etc.) please bring them to the picnic!
Youth
All youth and their families are invited to the Eastside Church picnic at 6 PM on July 14. This fun gathering will take the place of the regular weekly youth group.

Volunteer Opportunities
The Community Care Team will meet on July 11 at 1:00 PM, and everyone is welcome. If you know someone in the church who could use encouragement from our team through communication, meals, celebration, or condolence, please contact the church at or 757-808-5304. FYI church directories are available on the foyer table.
Volunteers faithfully clean our church each week, and we can use more help in this important area. If you can serve this way, contact Mark Sowers at 757-258-9040.
Our Sunday morning tech team runs sound and slides for the worship service, and livestreams everything on our YouTube channel and website. If you have skills that would bless this ministry or a desire to learn and serve, please contact John Willis at .
