Be filled with the Spirit. Paul tells us that we must not return to our old influences which lead to debauchery and perversion, but rather to be shaped by the Holy Spirit. Allow the Holy Spirit to influence every word you speak. Memorize the Psalms and say them to each other. Jesus is making everything new, including how we talk with one another.
